These conditions govern the purchase of products on this website, owned by Oscar Delgado, with registered office at Raval de Montserrat 22, D-E, Terrassa, 08224 and tax number 47919027E. By placing an order, the customer accepts these conditions.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price shown by the configurator is indicative until confirmed during checkout.

Purchase process

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. The contract is formed when the customer receives the order confirmation.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase under applicable consumer law, as described on the Shipping & returns page.

Liability

Oscar Delgado shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from force majeure.

Governing law

These conditions are governed by applicable Spanish and European law.
