Delivery times

We prepare and verify each order before shipping. Preparation usually takes 24 to 48 business hours. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Insured shipping

All orders ship fully insured and tracked via specialised couriers. Delivery may require the recipient's signature.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to request a return. The diamond must be in perfect condition and accompanied by its certificate and original packaging. The refund is issued to the same payment method once the piece is verified.

All our gems carry an authenticity warranty backed by their gemological certificate.
